1. 簡介

歡迎使用 Pintlas。您的資料完全保留在裝置上。您的足跡僅透過個人 iCloud 進行安全同步，我們無法、也絕不會追蹤您的使用軌跡。

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pintlas. Your data stays on your device. Your footprints are securely synced via your private iCloud. We cannot and will not track your journey.

2. 資料收集與權限

為了提供核心功能，Pintlas 僅會要求以下系統權限：

• 定位服務： 僅在「使用 App 期間」存取，用於在地圖上標記當下的座標。我們不會在背景追蹤您的位置。
• 照片取用： 僅用於讀取您主動選取的照片，以便加入收藏中。

2. Data Collection & Permissions

Pintlas requests the following device permissions solely to provide core functionalities:

• Location Services: Accessed only "When In Use" to pin your coordinates. We do not track your location in the background.
• Photo Library: Accessed exclusively to read the specific photos you select for your pins.

3. 資料儲存與同步

所有文字與照片均儲存於您的裝置端。若開啟同步功能，資料將透過您的 Apple ID (iCloud) 在各裝置間進行安全同步。我們無法存取、讀取或修改您的任何資料。

3. Storage & Sync

All texts and photos are stored locally on your device. If sync is enabled, your data is securely synchronized across your devices via your private Apple ID (iCloud). We cannot access, read, or modify your data.

4. 資料分享與第三方服務

我們不會出售、交易或轉讓您的資料。Pintlas 沒有使用任何第三方廣告追蹤器或數據分析工具。

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data. Pintlas does not include any third-party advertising trackers or analytics tools.

5. 使用者控制權與資料刪除

您對個人資料擁有完整的控制權。在 App 內刪除個別收藏或全部資料時，該資料會同步從您的裝置與 iCloud 永久移除。您也可以隨時至系統設定中關閉定位與照片權限。

5. User Control & Deletion

You have full control over your data. Deleting a pin or all data within the app will permanently remove it from your device and iCloud. You can turn off system permissions at any time via device settings.
